Therapist - Part-time / Remote

Responsibilities

  • Provide teletherapy to patients over a video platform.
  • Work with a collaborative care team including non-clinical coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, care managers and administrators.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments according to patient needs and standard of care.
  • Keep appropriate records as dictated by ethical and legal standards.

Skills & Qualities

  • Willingness to integrate cutting-edge technology into your care.
  • Willingness to use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
  • Knowledge of current research to integrate into evidence-based practice.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps, video therapy and google web-apps. Tech-savviness is a must.

Experience

  • Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy or other relevant field.
  • A license to practice (LCSW, LMFT, licensed psychologist) in good standing. Licensure in multiple states is highly valued.
  • 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples or families preferred.

Product Marketing Manager

San Francisco, CA

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for consumer and employer product marketing for Ginger.io.  As a vital member of the marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager works closely with our user acquisition, product, design and employer sales teams to develop our product marketing strategy and manage its execution.

What you’ll do every day:

  • Consumer Product Marketing
    • Develop multi-channel lifecycle marketing and communication plans, including email, online, and on-device to increase retention and engagement. 
    • Be the voice of the customer as we develop new features and enter new markets.
    • Manage outbound retention and reengagement efforts via email and push notifications.
    • Work closely with the product team to plan and execute detailed cross-organizational product and feature launches.
  • Employer Sales Support and Enablement
    • Develop, execute and manage success of employer launch strategies including messaging, events and rollout.
    • Execute the employee marketing strategy leveraging multi-channel touchpoints (e-mail, website, push, printed materials and in person events) that deliver against retention and engagement targets.

About you:
You have an interest in mental health and a roll up your sleeves attitude. You thrive on balancing strategy, creativity and analytics to delight customers and view your activities through a customer-centric lens. You are ROI-focused and are excited to be responsible for strategy, segmentation, execution and management.

Your background:

  • 5-8 years of relevant product marketing experience bringing a product to market and/or marketing a product already in market. B2B2C experience a plus. 
  • Experience in a fast-moving evolving industry working in marketing, driving strategies across all channels.
  • Understanding of marketing methodologies, such as customer segmentation, targeting, incremental performance reporting and variant testing.
  • Comfort with web, email and push notification platforms. Hands on experience with Squarespace, MailChimp, Marketo, and/or Swrve a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Client Services Manager

San Francisco, CA

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations and communication at each of our employer accounts. This includes project management and implementation across key business stages from launch event, onboarding, reporting & analysis, to quarterly events (onsite & virtual), and renewals. Goals would be to deliver the full spectrum of white-glove, elite advisory services to each and every one of our clients and to make our key stakeholders successful in delivering the Ginger.io programs to their employees.

You will work very closely with our Sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from deal closing to launch planning and implementation. Externally, you will serve as the primary go-to advisor for all of our key enterprise accounts. Internally, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, educating the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams on the evolving needs at each account and advise on relevant changes needed to address client needs.

What you’ll do:

  • All aspects of client management, including: implementation, day-to-day client service, relationship building with high-level and operational stakeholders, and renewal management
  • Educate client stakeholders and individual employees about why Ginger.io can be helpful for them and how to use it
  • Design creative ways to boost and maintain engagement across clients in different industries and corporate cultures
  • Create and maintain a standardized account management playbook & workflows across different books of business to ensure smooth implementations
  • Work with Marketing to manage communications to our employer user base
  • Form strong partnerships within an account with VP of HR, CFO, Chief People Officer, Directors, Benefits Managers, Legal and other People Ops associates to ensure we develop referenceable customers who love Ginger.io

About you:

  • 3+ years of HR consulting, broker, client service, and/or other health benefits experience
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple marquee accounts or clients and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of and aptitude in ramping up on employee benefits and US healthcare ecosystem, including understanding the dynamics between insurance carriers, providers, brokers, consultants, employers, and benefit partners
  • Overall proactiveness, responsiveness, and thoughtfulness so that Ginger.io Client Services is perceived as a premier client management team
  • Ability to communicate in a compelling yet compassionate manner
  • Ability to appropriately manage expectations both externally and internally
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on new subject matter, particularly in HR/Benefits space
