Head of Psychology

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight of health coaching and licensed therapy operations working closely with the coaching and therapy management leads
  • Collaborate with the therapy, coaching and clinical operations leads to ensure high quality care delivery
  • Keep appropriate records as dictated by ethical and legal standards
  • Update/improve Clinical Guidelines for therapists and coaches

Experience

  • Doctoral degree in psychology with 10+ years of clinical therapy experience as a clinical psychologist
  • A license to practice (LCSW, LMFT, licensed psychologist) in good standing.
  • Experience providing supervision to therapists and or coaches

Customer Experience Associate

Full time. San Francisco, CA

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to Ginger.io members
  • Manage clinical administrative operations (onboarding for new patients, scheduling, billing, etc)
  • Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer requests and feedback through multiple channels
  • Act as a liaison between member and care team
  • Identify and escalate customer issues appropriately
  • Creatively troubleshoot technical and operational problems
  • Develop proactive support solutions including HelpCenter content
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend areas for improvements
  • Identify opportunities to represent the voice of the member internally
  • Regularly summarize and present key findings to internal teams (Product, Clinical, etc.) to improve upon user experience
  • Manage documentation of  customer experience policies

You’ll manage the sales process from beginning to end, and beyond: build target lists, generate, qualify and follow up on leads, create marketing materials, develop and deliver pitches, assist with contracting and pricing, close deals, conduct onsite and remote kickoffs, and help manage accounts on an on-going basis. You’ll be the third member of our Sales team, and you’ll interface with all parts of our company, providing valuable real world feedback to our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Clinical teams. Senior Content Strategist

San Francisco, CA

As a vital member of the marketing team, the Senior Content Strategist is instrumental in establishing Ginger.io’s unique perspective and voice.  They will define, build and execute the company’s content strategy and drive its implementation across many mediums (e.g. web, blog, social media, collateral, video, e-mail, interactive experiences, etc).  

The successful Senior Content Strategist will:

  • Build awareness of Ginger.io (increase in new visitors to the website, increase reach of content on social media)

What you’ll do every day:

  • Define a holistic content strategy and distribution plan across all customer segments at every stage of the funnel and develop a content roadmap to support your strategy. 
  • Manage and engage an internal network of content writers with creative, research-based content plans that shape content structure, visuals, and tone.
  • Lead tactical content execution, including creation, editing, licensing and delivery through owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Elevate our member heroes, creating engaging member success stories and profiles
  • Collaborate with company thought leadership to identify new content themes, topics and formats.
  • Be responsible for all earned marketing channels including public relations, content marketing, shares, mentions, and reviews.
  • Manage social media strategy and activities for, but not limited to: Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.  Execute and produce evergreen and seasonal social media initiatives.
  • Work closely with rest of Marketing team on messaging, content, and design of all materials, emails, mailers, sell-sheets, presentations, infographics, ads, etc.

Must have

Product Marketing Manager

San Francisco, CA

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for consumer and employer product marketing for Ginger.io.  As a vital member of the marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager works closely with our user acquisition, product, design and employer sales teams to develop our product marketing strategy and manage its execution.

The successful Senior Content Strategist will:

  • Build awareness of Ginger.io (increase in new visitors to the website, increase reach of content on social media)
  • Increase engagement of the blog and social media (shares, comments)
  • Drive downloads of Ginger.io through impactful content strategy

What you’ll do every day:

  • Consumer Product Marketing
    • Develop multi-channel lifecycle marketing and communication plans, including email, online, and on-device to increase retention and engagement. 
    • Be the voice of the customer as we develop new features and enter new markets.
    • Manage outbound retention and reengagement efforts via email and push notifications.
    • Work closely with the product team to plan and execute detailed cross-organizational product and feature launches.
  • Employer Sales Support and Enablement
    • Develop, execute and manage success of employer launch strategies including messaging, events and rollout.
    • Execute the employee marketing strategy leveraging multi-channel touchpoints (e-mail, website, push, printed materials and in person events) that deliver against retention and engagement targets.

About you:

Your background:

  • 5-8 years of relevant product marketing experience bringing a product to market and/or marketing a product already in market. B2B2C experience a plus. 
  • Experience in a fast-moving evolving industry working in marketing, driving strategies across all channels.
  • Understanding of marketing methodologies, such as customer segmentation, targeting, incremental performance reporting and variant testing.
  • Comfort with web, email and push notification platforms. Hands on experience with Squarespace, MailChimp, Marketo, and/or Swrve a plus.
