Data Analyst

Full-time. San Francisco, CA.

Our team is built on a foundation of trust, versatility, and collaboration. We are looking for an experienced analyst that can immediately contribute to our product and is passionate about helping people be their best selves. You will be working closely with our data science, sales, and account management teams, in particular. Key responsibilities will include preparing and automating reports for sales and account management functions and communicating with external and internal stakeholders regarding various analytics needs.

Applicable skills

  • MS (or BS with 2-4 years of experience) in engineering, statistics or related quantitative field.

  • Experience with building visualizations, trend analysis, statistical testing, and data-storytelling.

  • Experience in analyzing data using statistical analysis tools such as R and scripting languages, such as Python.

  • Experience in querying large and complex SQL databases.

  • Strongly prefer someone with industry experience in a product, consumer marketing or customer-facing analyst role.

  • Strong communication skills - help internal stakeholders & clients understand metrics effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their analytics needs providing relevant data and presenting analysis results.

  • Standardize and maintain daily & weekly reporting of key metrics across different company areas-- sales, marketing, customers and product.

Member Support Specialist

Full-time. San Francisco, CA.

M-W OR W-F 8a-5p PST, Sat-Sun 12p-7p PST

Come be a leader to help build and innovate our Member Support Team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about creating an unparalleled level of service for Ginger.io members. Our Member Support Specialists facilitate an excellent experience through customer service and administrative interactions with our members on a daily basis. As a direct line to our members, they are also an essential voice inside our company and use data to advocate for improvements to our product.

You must be an excellent communicator, compassionate and able to stay calm and troubleshoot in the face of a storm. A passion for detail and organization is also key, as you’ll be managing many different communications internally and across our community.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, thoughtful, professional and efficient service to Ginger.io members via chat, email and phone

  • Manage clinical intake process for new patients

  • Manage payments, billing and claims information for members

  • Develop proactive support solutions including process improvements, support content and scripts

  • Identify, escalate and monitor technical issues affecting members

  • Independently research information and troubleshoot problems

  • Assist with managing customer experience policies, training and documentation

  • Identify opportunities to represent the voice of the member internally

  • Regularly summarize and present key findings to internal teams (Product, Clinical, etc.) to improve user experience

Head of Client Success

The Head of Client Success at Ginger.io will be on the front line of ensuring Ginger.io can provide access to on-demand behavioral health support for everyone. You will lead the CS team from strategic planning with prospects, through implementation and to renewal. You’re successful if you can help deliver our experience into the hands of as many people as possible, which will drive client satisfaction and renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Client Success team, who oversees the entire customer lifecycle for all of Ginger.io’s clients.

  • Develop and enact a strong implementation processes that optimize effort of both your internal and external partners

  • Foster collaboration within team and across the entire customer lifecycle

  • Partner closely with the marketing team on CS team enablement and customer marketing

  • Be a champion for our customers and members, especially as it relates to product and process improvement

  • Your team’s KPI: Ginger.io client renewals

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years experience in a B2B customer success role, with at least three years in a people management role

  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building

  • Exceptional project management and problem solving skills

  • Great customer facing skills with a bias towards action

  • Prior experience in sales a plus, but not required

Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Full-time. San Francisco, CA.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Ginger.io is responsible for helping people discover and engage with our coaching, therapy and psychiatry services, by designing and executing on marketing campaigns in partnership with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the playbook for member engagement for all Ginger.io members

  • Lead our work with strategic clients on developing member acquisition strategies and executing on communications plans

  • Work closely with Ginger.io’s product and engineering teams on member lifecycle engagement across all members in our book of business

  • Own key performance indicators, such as member engagement and client satisfaction, in partnership with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in marketing

  • Familiarity with mobile marketing platforms
